The CRBI Staff

Jaime Hogerty, PhD

Lab Director/Embryologist

Dr. Hogerty is our IVF Lab Director and Embryologist.  She has been with CRBI since 2014.  She oversees all lab operations and makes sure we meet all regulatory guidelines. She has streamlined every process in the lab and stays up to date on the industry standards.  Her motivation is the joy she gets out of helping patients create the families of their dreams. Jaime grew up in Columbia, Missouri and graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson, and the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. She and her husband have two boys and one huge dog.  Her interests are making babies (like in the IVF lab), helping patients, and working with people who also like to do those things! But most of all, she loves taking care of her own family.  If she had spare time, she would love more time to play with her kids, do yoga, eat out, travel, read, and binge watch Netflix with her husband Chris!

The Center for Reproductive Biology of Indiana is inspected and accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC) every two years, in accordance with the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) standards. It is registered with, and inspected by, the FDA. We adhere to the guidelines set forth in our field by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), and submit the outcomes of all our IVF cycles to the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART) for annual reporting.

Our staff is certified by the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) as technical supervisors (TS), general supervisors (GS), or laboratory scientists (LS) in the specialties of andrology and/or embryology. Lab members are required to have significant experience in assisted reproductive technology (ART) and must pass a written examination on their specialty. In addition, they participate in continuing education opportunities locally and nationally to attain and maintain these certifications. This is a voluntary accreditation which CRBI supports to further the ongoing education and professionalism of our IVF staff.

Jaime Hogerty, Ph.D., serves as our laboratory director. She is certified by the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) as a High-complexity Clinical Lab Director (HCLD), an Embryology Laboratory Director (ELD), and as a Clinical Consultant (CC).
